conferencenow is designed to be simple and effective. However, there are a number of in-call features available to all participants whilst on a conference call.

Operator Assistance - *0
To reach a conferencenow operator at any time during your conference, press *0. (This is available 24 hours a day).

Mute / Unmute - *6
If someone has background noise they can mute their line by pressing *6 on their telephone keypad. Pressing *6 toggles between mute and mute off.

Volume - *4
To raise the volume on an individual line, press *4 on your telephone keypad. Pressing *4 toggles the volume up and down.

Conference Locking - *5
For extra security you can lock your conference. This will prevent anyone from gaining access to your conference (including the operator on *0 requests). Press *5 to lock and *5 again to unlock.

Presentation Mode - *7
This is also known as “Group Mute” as by pressing *7 you will automatically mute everyone’s line and only you as the host can talk. Press *7 again to return to interactive mode. To activate this feature on your account, please contact us.

Roll Call of Attendees - #1
You can request a roll call of attendees on your conference call by press #1. To cancel the playback press *2.

Attendee Count - #2

To find out how many attendees are on the conference call including yourself, press #2. To cancel the playback press *2.
