In-call features

conferencenow is designed to be very easy and effective. There are a number of simple to use in-call features available to all participants to enhance their conference call.

• Mute / Unmute - *6
  Background noise can be very disruptive on a conference call. Each person can mute their line by pressing *6 on their telephone keypad. Pressing *6 toggles between mute and mute off.
  
  
• Conference Locking - *5
  For extra security you can lock your conference once all participants have joined This will prevent anyone from gaining access to your conference . Press *5 to lock and *5 again to unlock.
  
  
• Volume - *4
  To raise the volume on an individual line, press *4 on your telephone keypad. Pressing *4 toggles the volume up and down.
  
  
• Roll Call of Attendees - #1
  To play back the name recording of all participants in your conference press #1. To cancel the play back press *2.
  
  
• Attendee Count - #2
  To find out how many attendees are on the conference call including yourself, press #2. To cancel the play back press *2.
